                                                   Book 8: The Dream
🌙 Colton and the Mystery of Dreams 💤

What are dreams, and why do some people seem to remember them while others don’t? Or is it that everyone dreams, but some just don’t recall it? Let’s explore a little more.

Some people rarely dream, while others dream almost every night 🌌. Some dreams are like a story, continuing over several nights until the tale is finished 📖✨. Most people, however, only remember bits and pieces — if anything at all.
But when do dreams happen? Most dreams occur during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep 😴. The name comes from the way your eyes move rapidly beneath your eyelids while you dream 👀. During REM sleep, your brain activity looks very similar to when you are awake!

What triggers dreams? Dreams can be influenced by emotions, help us process fears, replay events from our day, reflect a movie or show we watched, or even help solve a problem that has been bothering us 🤔. In short — almost anything can spark a dream.

In this story, Colton has such a dream 🌟. It feels so real that he can’t quite tell if it really happened — but that’s what makes it magical and mysterious.
